Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be returned in the original packaging
• Include all accessories, manuals, and parts
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
• Customized or special-order products
• Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper assembly

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging

We will review the information and work to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect product was received.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Exchanges

Order Cancellation
